These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that customers may have under applicable UAE laws.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.

Zero Space offers various furniture products and services, including:

• Office furniture and workstations.

• Office chairs and executive chairs.

• Desks, storage and meeting furniture.

• Home and hospitality furniture.

• Customized and made-to-order furniture.

• Office interior design and space planning.

• Interior fit-out and related installation services.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours and finishes.

However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, materials and manufacturing processes.

For customized furniture, the final product will be manufactured according to the specifications, drawings, materials, colours and finishes approved by the customer.

Customers should carefully review product details and approved specifications before confirming an order.

We reserve the right to update product information, modify designs or discontinue products, subject to existing confirmed orders and applicable law.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

When you place an order through our website, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.

Orders are subject to payment verification, stock availability, production requirements and confirmation by Zero Space.

An order confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched or delivered.

We reserve the right to contact customers to clarify order details, confirm specifications or resolve payment and availability issues.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange any applicable refund in accordance with the relevant policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for checking product quantities, dimensions, finishes, delivery details and other order information before completing a purchase.

5. Customized Orders and Manufacturing Approval

Customized furniture is manufactured according to individual customer requirements.

Before production begins, customers may be required to approve relevant details, including:

• Product dimensions and configuration.

• Materials and finishes.

• Colours and design specifications.

• Drawings, layouts or technical details.

• Other agreed manufacturing requirements.

Production will proceed based on the approved specifications.

Customers should carefully review all approved drawings, specifications and quotations before authorizing production.

Requests to modify or cancel customized orders must be submitted before production begins. Such requests are subject to review and confirmation by Zero Space and applicable legal requirements.

Changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may require additional costs and revised delivery arrangements, subject to agreement.

The applicable warranty for customized furniture will be stated in the relevant product listing, invoice or approved quotation.

6. Prices, VAT and Payment

All product and service prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), currently 5%, will be reflected in the relevant product pricing, checkout or quotation as applicable.

The final amount payable will be confirmed before the customer completes the purchase or approves a quotation.

We may accept payments through the payment methods made available on our website or communicated through our official sales channels.

For customized furniture and project-based services, payment terms, deposits, milestones and outstanding balances may be specified in the approved quotation or project agreement.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the selected payment provider to process the applicable transaction.

Zero Space does not store complete payment card details where payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party payment provider.

7. Quotations and Project-Based Services

Certain products and services, including customized furniture, office furniture projects and interior fit-out solutions, may require a separate quotation.

Quotations will specify the agreed scope of work, product specifications, pricing, payment terms and other relevant conditions.

A quotation becomes binding upon acceptance by the customer and confirmation by Zero Space, subject to its stated validity period and terms.

Any additional work, material changes, design revisions or scope modifications requested after approval may require a revised quotation and additional charges.

For interior fit-out and installation projects, the approved quotation, drawings, project scope and any separate written agreement will form part of the agreement between the parties.

Where a separate project agreement contains specific terms that differ from these general website Terms, the agreed project terms will apply to that particular project to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Delivery and Installation

Zero Space provides delivery services within the United Arab Emirates, subject to product availability, delivery location and the agreed order conditions.

Estimated delivery periods may vary depending on the product category and whether the item is ready-made or customized.

As general guidance:

• Ready-made furniture: approximately 5–7 days.

• Customized furniture: approximately 10–15 days.

These are indicative timeframes and may vary depending on stock, production schedules, location and project requirements. The expected delivery arrangements will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery and installation arrangements will be specified in the product listing, order confirmation or approved quotation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.

Customers should inform us in advance about any access restrictions, building regulations, parking limitations or other conditions that may affect delivery or installation.

Any additional charges arising from special access requirements or services not included in the original order will be communicated where applicable.

9. Inspection, Damage and Incorrect Orders

Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery.

Any visible delivery damage, missing components or incorrect items should be reported to Zero Space immediately, with supporting photographs or other relevant information.

Reported issues will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable warranty terms and UAE consumer protection requirements.

This section does not limit any statutory rights available to customers.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies according to the product category and individual model.

Depending on the product, warranty coverage may include:

• Chairs with no additional manufacturer warranty.

• Chairs with a one-year manufacturer warranty.

• Chairs with a three-year manufacturer warranty.

• Ready-made furniture generally covered by a one-year warranty, unless otherwise specified.

• Customized furniture covered by a three-to-five-year manufacturing-defect warranty, depending on the approved product or quotation.

The applicable warranty period and coverage will be specified on the product page, invoice, warranty documentation or approved quotation.

Warranty claims will be assessed according to the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty exclusions, where applicable, may include normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modifications and failure to follow reasonable care or maintenance instructions.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable UAE law.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellation requests are handled according to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.

Customized orders and made-to-order products are subject to the approved specifications and production status.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Zero Space for review and confirmation.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products or services.
